Frequently asked questions
Is FF Ranker free?
Yes, FF Ranker is completely free to use.
How do I get started?
Click the 🔥 or ❄️ buttons to mark players as targets or fades, then drag-and-drop players to fine-tune your rankings. No account required to get started.
Where do the default rankings come from?
You choose. A new ranking can start from FantasyCalc, which outperforms 91% of experts, or from Sleeper or ESPN ADP if you'd rather begin at draft-day market order. Either way, ADP, ESPN auction values and Sleeper projections show alongside every player.
Can I build my rankings from ADP instead of FantasyCalc?
Yes — pick Sleeper ADP or ESPN ADP as your starting order when you create a ranking, then drag from there. Sleeper covers redraft and dynasty in both 1QB and superflex; ESPN publishes a 1QB PPR board only. Where a source can't match your scoring, FF Ranker labels which scoring it is using — Sleeper's single 2QB/superflex series is standard-scored, for instance.
Does FF Ranker show player projections?
Yes. Open any player to see Sleeper's projected season points at your scoring, their projected rank at the position, and the volume behind it — passing, rushing and receiving. Projections cover the current season only, so they appear in redraft leagues and are hidden in dynasty, where a single-year number says little about a player's long-term value.
What is Draft Mode?
Draft Mode lets you use FF Ranker alongside your live fantasy football draft. Track picks in real time so you always know who's available and who your top targets are.
Does FF Ranker support salary cap and auction leagues?
Yes. FF Ranker suggests salary cap values based on your custom rankings and the budget you set.
Does FF Ranker support PPR, half-PPR, standard, and dynasty formats?

Can I use FF Ranker for best ball drafts?
